The purpose of this web site is to support the orientation of the potential clients and partners who intend to engage an architectural studio from the city of Varna, in case they are interested in working with the architects Dr.Nadya Stamatova, Orlin Perfanov and their team. The site also offers information for interns - young architects and students of Architecture, Interior Architecture and Design of the Urban Environment.
ARCHITECTURAL SPACE Ltd. is an architectural studio, registered in the Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria. The conceptual design phase is worked in product Revit Architecture. The technical and detailed phases could be done according the desire of the client in Revit or in AutoCAD. The project documentation could be also issued in BIM format. Also the studio offers obtaining the building permission, author’s supervising on the construction site, preparation of tender materials for selection of a builder.
The team of the architectural studio works also in the research sector for new ICT in the construction industry and design (projects CONNECT AND CONSTRUCT; DATA BUILD), energy efficiency for buildings and facilities (project EINSTEIN), virtual museums and augmented reality (projects V-MUST; IMMERSE) and publications on these topics. Besides architectural awards N.Stamatova is a winner of the award for architectural journalism "Architect of the Year" in 2009 and together with Scott Skipworth– a grant for 2004 of The Japan Foundation for their book “Architectural Spies: Japan”.
